In over a decade of practice, I have helped people who feel different, quirky, weird, or out-of-place learn to celebrate their uniqueness, harness their strengths, and tame their anxiety. I believe  that therapy works best when you not only learn strategies and coping skills from your therapist, but when you feel truly seen and accepted for who you are- quirks, fears, insecurities and all.

I am a neurodiversity-affirming therapist. I do not want to teach you (or your child) to hide who you are or force yourself to act “normal.”  Rather, I want to validate the challenges you face and help you harness your strengths to carve out your own space in the world. It is draining and often demoralizing operating in a world that wasn’t built for your brain. Let’s work together to help you better understand your wants, needs, and roadblocks, so we can get you where you want to be!

In addition, my office is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ folks. I have specialized training in working with trans and nonbinary youth, and can help guide families through affirming gender identity work.

You may feel stuck and overwhelmed right now, but you are already emerging. Please reach out today for support.
