You already possess more strength than you know. Let’s build the strategies you need to make use of it.

Whether it is you or your child who is feeling stuck, I can help you get moving again.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. In my decade of work in the field, I have found that having a wide range of intervention styles in my toolbox serves my clients well. To this end, I have trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, yoga, mindfulness, artistic techniques for therapy, journaling for introspection, and a range of other creative methods to help you get where you are going. I offer both individual and group therapy to best suit your needs and preferences.

In addition to offering a wide range of clinical services, I also serve individuals with varying strengths and needs. As a former school social worker in a special education school, I am experienced and passionate about working with children and young adults who learn and see the world differently, including individuals with autism, developmental delays, ADHD, and genetic disorders. This work has also led me to a special interest in serving the unique needs of neurotypical siblings of children with special needs.

I am a trans affirming therapist and have experience serving kids, teens, and young adults who are exploring their gender, transitioning, or have already transitioned. I also help families in understanding and supporting their trans or gender expansive/ nonbinary child.
